This policy explains how PT Bina Mitra Indosejahtera (“BMI”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through bmis.co.id, in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

We collect the data you submit through our forms (name, company, email address, telephone number, message and CV) and limited technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
3. Use of Data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, process job applications, improve the website and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Your consent when submitting a form, and our legitimate interest in operating the website securely.
5. Disclosure

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Job applications are kept for a period determined by BMI’s HR department.
